Before the show in Chicago we had an incredible meal with our friends Eric Kolkey and his wife at the Union League Club. Eric booked some historic rock bands ’77-’84 in Chicago like Black Flag, Bad Brains, The Talking Heads and many more. Now he comes to shows with incomparable enthusiasm and was kind enough to treat us to an amazing dinner that was one of the great highlights of our tour. In the midst of a 50 show / 65 day tour we were trilled to get a break from fast food and gas station food. If you’re a music enthusiast and you feel compelled to treat a hard working touring band, know it’s not lost on them.
